WE ARE SEEKING:

A team player with a focus on quality workmanship and efficient work habits. The successful candidate will show attention to detail, and have the ability to adapt and assist in a fast paced shop environment. The ideal candidate must be organized and highly productive in order to handle the high volume of collision work. Clean driver’s abstract is required.

The Journeyman Prepper is responsible for helping the Paint Technicians prepare vehicles for paint and other various duties.

Responsibilities:

Prep surfaces for paint technicians

Assisting painter with spot repairs

Check preparation quality prior to painting, liaise with refinishing technician and advise supervisor if necessary

Advise supervisor of scheduled maintenance and emergency maintenance of paint booths and equipment

Minor paint repairs

Woodridge Ford Lincoln is looking for an Internal Coordinator to join their team!

The Internal Coordinator is responsible for acting as a liaison between Parts, Service and Sales to ensure all departments understand time frames and responsibility related to the delivery process and meeting delivery times.

Additional duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating new vehicles for delivery (coordinating sublets, accessory installation and service work that needs to be completed)
  • Coordinating used vehicle recondition which includes writing RO’s
  • Cavalcade coordinate recondition for vehicles of Sales department
  • RO write up and close out
  • Close internal work orders daily
  • Transit damage notify carrier of any damage and coordinate appropriate repairs with service Management team
  • Complete recalls on stock units on lot
  • Provide Sales department with a monthly accessory sales report
  • Dailey report to Sales and Service management team on status of repair timeline

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years previous Dealership experience; excellent organization and interpersonal skills; strong written/verbal skills with attention to detail, with the ability to multi task in a busy environment.

Working directly for the HR Manager, the HR Coordinator will primarily be responsible for full cycle recruitment, with additional duties to include general Human Resources support as required. This is a temporary assignment covering a maternity leave.
