The Wood Automotive Group has an exciting opportunity for you to join our talented Parts team in a Shipper/ Warehouse role at Woodridge Ford Lincoln! This is a great opportunity to start your career in the Automotive Industry!

This successful candidate will be responsible for unloading all incoming freight, and expediting all outgoing parts, tracking all inventory and parts accurately and in a timely fashion, as well as ensuring the warehouse is in proper order. Saturday availability would be required.

The ideal candidate must be motivated, work well in a team environment, have a positive attitude as well as being reliable and organized. Attention to detail and quality checks are required to ensure accuracy when stocking parts orders.

This position is a good opportunity for growth and career advancement within the Dealership.

Some lifting required. Current Alberta Driver’s License and Abstract are required.

Village Honda has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join their team! The Sales Administrator is responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties in support of the Sales team.

Duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Oversee the Lot Attendant schedule and daily work load.
  • Filling, organizing and arranging of pre-owned vehicle files.
  • Assisting with P.O’s and accessories.
  • Assisting with Wholesale Bills of Sale.
  • Assisting with the administration of the stocking in of units.
  • Spreadsheet control for Car lists, Inventory and other related reports.

Dealer Transfers:

  • Ensure accuracy of bill of sales corresponding with invoice.
  • Coordinate invoices from other dealerships when preparing Bill Of Sale.
  • Forwarding completed Bill of Sales to destination through email or fax.
  • Arranging sold signs.
  • Update vehicle records in Reynolds
  • Ensure that all books and keys are located in the Dealer Transfer area at all times.
  • Relocate vehicles to designated sold area.
  • Administer cheque requisitions.

The ideal candidate will have 1 3 years of administrative experience; excellent organization and interpersonal skills; exceptional written/verbal skills with attention to detail, with the ability to multi task in a busy environment.

This is a 1-year term position.

Wood Automotive Group has an opportunity for a talented Automotive Technician to join our Service team at Woodridge Ford Lincoln!

The Automotive Technician we are seeking will be; a team player with a focus on efficiency, will have strong quality of workmanship, good attention to detail, be a quick learner and have the ability to adapt and assist in multiple tasks with a strong commitment to customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in repairing all makes and models, with Ford specific experience in electrical diagnostics, drivability, A/C diagnostics, and Ford specality training in related skill group would be an asset.

Some of the job responsibilities will include: Complete vehicle inspections (out-of-province and safety inspections); Recommend repairs as required; Complete repairs as per estimates in a timely fashion; Road test vehicle after repairs are complete to ensure repairs are done properly; Maintain high quality of workmanship; Maintain tools, equipment and shop; Diagnose problems using proper procedures.

The successful individual would be responsible for quality workmanship, and be committed to customer service. A current, clean driver’s abstract is required.
