Advantage Ford has an exciting opportunity for a Detail Supervisor to join their team! The Detail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the detail department including scheduling and distributing work, quality assurance, and participating in completion of detailing jobs.

Duties and responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Clean customer and stock vehicles as required
  • Schedule and distribute detail work amongst all detail staff
  • Ensure all detail work meets quality standards
  • Train detail department staff
  • Ensure appropriate supply levels

Requirements:
